Strange problem

Hello guys,

I got a problem, which is driving me crazy. I installed xpize on another PC just fine, but was now going to patch my own PC and it just wont work. The patch applies, I do a reboot, but it seems, that Windows does not take the patched files or that the files werent patched at all. If I open shell32.dll I dont see any of the new replaced xpize icons, just default Win XP ones. I tryed to disable the windows file protection with no success. Even tryed to patch it in safemode without success. Beside I have to say, that its not only Xpize that just wont work with my system, even other icon shell replacers just as a Vista shell pack wont work at all. I may notice that I have seen 1 icon that has been replaced by xpize, the htaccess login picture of IE.

Is there any kind of solution available?

Help much appreciated

I can't figure out what's happening to your computer. But since you said that your PC doesn't accept any shell pack, I think somhing is going wrong in it. Not really an XPize bug. Sorry for not being of help.
