Can A Windows 2000 installation support .cab addon files or do I have

I tried adding addons to my Windows 2000 Advanced Server SP5 installation disk but now everytime I add addon packs they integrate fine but when I install windows it has trouble with the addons.

Do I have to use Windows XP for addon packs?

If only for Windows XP then can there be a way to add addons support for Windows 2000 in nLite?

and if all else fails could I just make the Windows 2000 the way I want it then ghost the installation into recovery like disks so I won't have to install all this software after install?

Please help me. This is a server i'm talking about. I want the .cab files to integrate please. I have to have big security because servers are a big target for hackers. I know because I think my servers get attacked before.
