I made a rule for myself that I have rarely strayed from over the years. The rule is never give advice to family, friends, or business associates about software. Well, I recently attended a conference where I met several of my clients. Without thinking I mentioned Spyware Doctor, and now I'm paying the price!

I received about a dozen e-mails from clients using different Windows systems (98SE, 2K, XP). They all received the same error message after installing Spyware Doctor v3.8.0.2582.

LOADER ERROR

The procedure entry point LZOpenFileA could not be located in the

dynamic link library kernel32.dll

Is there a solution?
