[Question]what are dockshellhook.dll & msctfime.ime ?

the dockshellhook.dll is in objectdock folder and msctfime.ime is in system32.

i know both of them are safe but just wondering what they do?

i meant what are they purpose? why every program in my computer starts even not from my object dock software ,try to access this hook.and why every program try to access that ime?
