You can make one get nero lite from the silent install forum Nero Lite

and use N-Lite Plugin Creator

Use the /VERYSILENT switch. To register use the following

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

I made a Nero 7 Lite installed just like above, and I use a cmdlines.txt to import my registry file I made.
