Visentinel Posted August 5, 2003 Posted August 5, 2003 GnomeASSISTANTTo Tweak or not to Tweak http://www.MSFN.org/win2k3/ I'm still pondering this one, but it's something I've thought about for a while now. It's possible to use Windows Server 2003 as a workstation operating system, given the appropriate hardware and some assistance with configuration. That's what this compiled guide is all about. As you know, I just wiped out my notebook and in the process, I split the 60GB disk into a couple of partitions in case I felt the need to install a second OS. I've been using Windows Server 2003 as a server for a couple of weeks now, but a little more hands-on would be helpful, so perhaps I'll go this route soon as well.
