I'm thinking you have a few too many, but that depends upon what you are installing with your OS. I have 52, but I only instll the updates which have the /integrate switch in them and leave the rest to the system owner or windows updates.

It only leaves behind the MSRT, and the recommended updates like MP10, .net

The updates are 49 as far as I know, according to the Security Bulletins on Microsoft.com/technet

I have 42 updates post SP2, and all the newest offered by Microsoft 13th this month.

Practically, I miss no update, because some are not relevant to my need.
