doubleu Posted June 15, 2006 Posted June 15, 2006 Well when I install kaspersky it saids that I have some incompatible software already installed in my computer. Which is Norton 2005. I then press " Remove all incompatible software automatically " Then when I press Install Then I wait like 15 seconds and it saids This MSI must be launched through setup Then I press OK and it just keeps popping up. Then after I press Ok about 5 times it saids " You must restart your computer before proceding with installionation. Please help!!!!!!

Jeremy Posted June 15, 2006 Posted June 15, 2006 Just download the Norton Removal Tool, run it, restart and install Kaspersky.
