Help! Can't find the right HDD driver!

Featured Replies

I'm trying to install Vista Beta (x64 version), but I'm missing the hard disk driver for my Asus A8N-SLI. I'm using just one SATA drive, but none of the drivers on my mainboard disk seem to work; unless I'm doing something wrong.

Can someone point me in the right direction please? Thanks!

Yeah, I could also use some help. When you are supposed to select a partition, there are no drives avialable to select. I have 2 HDDs and even though they are TOTTALY different there seems to be something about RAID on them. The Vista Upgrade advisor even lists this:

Silicon Image SiI 3114 SoftRaid 5 Controller

Any help would be appreciated.

I wouldn't know what to do to install it on a blank partition. But you can always perform an upgrade from windows or otherwise select ''clean install'' when you're in windows. Because then it can scan the internet for additional drivers.
