[Help] Scroll down/up problem

I posted yesterday re recovery problem, I now have a new problem when I scroll down or up using either the scroll bar or the wheel on the mouse the screen has a kind of ripple effect, it doesn't scroll smoothly. Does anyone have any ideas please???

You havn't installed the graphic card drivers properly.

Download latest drivers according to your model and install and reboot.

(You can know your model with software like Everest Home Edition)
