Windows Messengewr Problems

Hi I am in work and have a corp msn account for internal use. I am unable to see all my contacts that i have in the list even though they are online. I have deleted the user from the privacy tab and got them to do the same but it still dosnt work. I had admin rights to re-install it and have done this but it dosnt work
