I just wanted to know is there a Way ya Can Customizie the Start menu bar on Win 98 SE

U know this big blue thing on this picture i nicked lol is there a Way u can Put ur own txt in there or Change the colour of it?

If you nicked the image, then it should be editable in a paint app

lol Noo i mean the Actual Thing on 98 i nicked that to Show wat i wanted to Edit

You might have to resource edit explorer.exe with a resource tool such as Resource Hacker to replace the bitmap on the side.

The old tclock should be able to do that.. (thou I don't have a win98 machine, so I couldn't test it) let me know if it works.
