Right click menu

I searched and could not find the answer. How would someone add the program file menu to the right click on the mouse? This would make acessing programs a little easier. Could anyone tell me of a dock or program launcher which uses very little ram?

Thanks I will try it. I did a search last night and came up with nothing.

I am trying it and it is very nice. The only thing lacking is show/hide desktop
