File and Print Sharing

I'm trying to install a program (ACT!2005) that requires File and Print sharing must be enabled to install the software. The thing is that they ARE enabled, I do share files and printer on my network and I never disabled it. Now how can I make it believe it's ON even if it is actually ON. Is there a work around to force the installation without the minimum parameters required?.

Thanks

The Server service and Computer Browser service need to be running for your system to offer F&P services.

Also, have you tried running the installer under the local admin account? I've run into some crappy logic checks that only worked when I was logged in as the local admin. One app kept telling me to log in w/an admin account even though I was an admin.
