[Help]my windows doesnt save my wallpaper.

when i restart my windows my background is blank.i apply a wallpaper and i restart and its blank again.it doesnt save my background wallpaper?never seen this one before.

anyone knows how to fix it?

Certain malwares are known to do this. Check for infection.

updated spybot and kaspersky didnt find anything.

when windows starts it shows my wallpaper for a few second and then goes.
