[Help] Regional options problem

First of all , hello to everybody !

I just registered on this forum , but used it a lot just for reading and solving a problems before.

So I would like to thank everybody for all your help here !

Now my problem that saddenly I still didnt found a solution..

On Regional and Language options, thats on control panel, I don't have any country selection and all advanced options are empty. It's looks like this :

I don't know when it's happened and after what, just noticed it yesturday...

Any solutions ?

No, it's not nLited source.

Anyway this system was running for almost a half year ( after last Ghost backup ), and all was ok. As i said , this problem appeared just few days ago .
