jayroller Posted July 21, 2003 Share Posted July 21, 2003 Ok, so if something like Longhorn is said to be at the alpha stage, and proggies close to release are beta versions, why don't we have release software referred to as gamma releases? I'm fully aware it's not important, but it still gets me a-wondering. Like the grapefruit. Who saw one and thought "my god, that reminds me *so much* of a grape"? Hmmm.
