gamehead200
Is this off a CD? Copy the CD to your hard drive, right click the executable, go to properties, then to compatibility, and choose to run it in the oldest possible version of Windows and see what happens... Aaron
right click the executable, go to properties, then to compatibility, and choose to run it in the oldest possible version of Windows and see what happens... Very very bad advice, even for a set of drivers that have different files for WinXP/2K/98Lynchknot, try to run setup.exe in safe mode (VIA drivers should always be installed in safe mode anyway as a file conflict precaution)
lynchknot
Thanks Aaronxp - problem solved:I deleted temp files but I also found that when opening the folder there is another folder containing the files. I copied that file onto C:\ - and it worked! I'm not sure if it was the temp files or double folders - but it also fixed the same problem when the file was just an exe too!
