Recovered document shows strange characters

Hi Guys!

Stupid as I was, I accidently deleted a document I was working on earlier this morning. So, I immediately ran an recovery program. The program found the file, with exactly the same size and recovered it. The problem is that when I open it, I get a lot of strange characters. Here's a line:

414D4K4„4ï4ÿ45$5*5w5Š5´5Ø5D6V6\6l6ˆ6ð6þ67ž7Þ738z8Ä8Ò819V9\9€91:‡:±:V;¼;ò;<<t<ð<Q=_=Ç=ï=õ='>µ>

The only line that is readable, is the last one.

How do I recover this back to normal? Is it possible?

You can't, it seems some other file has already overwritten most of it (except the last line, as your indication reads).
