[Question] How to make a share readonly in commandline?

In use the net share command in a cmd-file to make a networkshare.

net share myshare=m:\

Problem is, that it has full access for all users.

Anyone knows, how to make it readonly ( I didn't find an appropriate switch) ?

Try using RMTSHARE.EXE from the NT4 Resource Kit with the /GRANT switch.

I use this tool XCACLS.EXE from Microsoft when I want to adjust permissions on just about anything from a batch file. Here is some good documentation on syntax.
