Windows XP Home...If you need my dxdiag or any other information, let me know...All my other programs work great except for most of the Microsoft services...Windows update freezes after I click Custom Install OR Express... Also, all my Microsoft Office files freeze when I open them.. If I tryopening an existing Office file (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, etc) or if Icreate a new one and open, it freezes at either the banner or it showsan empty workspace but freezes...I already tried getting help from Microsoft, but I did not want to pay perincident. If you need more details or any other information, please let me know... I didn'tfind another post with the same problem..Thanks.
