You mean firmware programming in VB for embedded system?

No. VB is too resource-intensive and inefficient for embedded systems, not to mention being a Microsoft Windows-exclusive programming "language".

I don't know that chip but there must be a compiler for it and I'm guessing it would be C or assembler language if that chip is on a small device.
