cyberyeye Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 Hi ^^A little thing i've don't understand at all In my UACD I haven't used any regtweak for tweaking sendto menu. I only use two command in a cmdfile (during runonceex) with this: regsvr32 /s /u "zipfldr.dll"regsvr32 /s /u "sendmail.dll"I don't use the "usual" copy to / move to regtweak or anything "similar" (meaning sendto regtweak) in my "regtweak.reg" (in fact i called this file optireg.reg) or any file tweak (Sendto\Desktop.ini is untouched). My problem is: in my context "sendto" menu (all user or any userprofile...) is showned all my hard disk partition letters (C;D;E;F) ; see screencap below.I would like to know how to "suppress" this partition letters from sendto menu ?-> Documents and Settings\%User%\SendTo, contains this entry:Bureau (créer un raccourci)desktop.iniNotepad 2(same for default user\sendto)-> start menu > Run: sendtoBureau (créer un raccourci)desktop.iniNotepad 2-> %User%\SendTo\Desktop.ini, contains this entry:[LocalizedFileNames]Destinataire.MAPIMail=@sendmail.dll,-4Bureau (créer un raccourci).DeskLink=@sendmail.dll,-21Dossier compressé.ZFSendToTarget=@zipfldr.dll,-10148(same for default user\sendto)I put my optireg.reg in attachment (let's say my regtweak.reg). Maybe i've made a typo or any mistake ???I've searching a lot in msfn forum, and other board, and of course google, i've find nothing on this problem.....Any idea ? Please help ^^ps: Had amd64 and nf4 ultra mobo, maybe a issue with nvidia sata/ide drivers ? I mean i've read in a kb article ( forget the numbers ;( ) that sendto can show "dynamic storage device" like usb key automatically ; i suppose (hope i'm wrong) that nvidia drivers give xp bad info with ide/sata, and then "sendto" shown all partition hdd sata ?OptiReg.reg.txt
cyberyeye Posted April 27, 2006 Author Posted April 27, 2006 up ^^no reply (arghh lol) so this bring me a question: did i'm the only one to have this issue or... not ? Or maybe my post is not clearly explained ?Any advice or solution is welcome
