and how can i disable CTRL+ALT+DEL on XP Home Edition

Never worked with the Home Edition, but you should get a list of all commands by running the help command in commandline

if i can't disable Ctrl+Alt+Del on XP home Edition, then is there a way to change it..i mean instead Pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del to display task manager, can i change it to Insert+Home Key???
