Control Panel > Speech

Hello

I've been trying to get voice recognition working on my PC for the last two days. After installing the speech SDK, and some other stuff, i can't get it to work

Once i started reading things, all of the troubleshooting would start with:

Go to Control Panel, and then click Speech

Well, i don't have speech in my control panel. I am using XP Pro with SP2

I would appreciate any help with putting the "Speech" into Control Panel
