98SExpert Posted April 18, 2006 Posted April 18, 2006 (edited) Windows accuses a incompatibility telling that it wont upgrade because a third-part program (visioneer scanner) changed the core.Well, I dont have a visioneer scanner and I dont know which program changed it.Anybody help?
