I cant reinstall (upgrade style) because of a core change

Windows accuses a incompatibility telling that it wont upgrade because a third-part program (visioneer scanner) changed the core.

Well, I dont have a visioneer scanner and I dont know which program changed it.

Anybody help? :(

It is sort of related but if you delete i386\winntupg and win9xupg you won't be able to use WINNT32.EXE to upgrade your os
