xenithon
Hey there fellow South African! I am also running Outlook 2003 with an exchange server, and have no probs with archiving. It is the same as I have at home without exchange: File-->Archive. I actually set archive settings for different folders and tell it to autoarchive every few weeks.Do you simply not have the archive option for some reason?X
luke21
Hi fello South Africa ... :-)I know i've done it in the passed, however in this new enviroment its just not there??Our current setup is Server 2003 running exchange and all the clients have MS Office 2003 Pro.Every clinet here does not have the Archive option under File, its not even under Tools - Options - Other. Its driving me up the wall, as you can imagine everyones mailbox's are getting full and now i have to make some sort of plan.Ho
xenithon
Hmmm, must be something done by the admins during rollout. Guess the only way is to ask system admins about it, they must have globally disabled archiving.Hmmm, must be something done by the admins during rollout. luke21
Thats me All the client installations have been done off the CD as the GPO just didn't want to push the installation of Office.Maybe what i should do is get another copy of Office, say 2000 Pro and see if i get the same results?
