[Help] Non-english bookmark import

I have tried to import a bookmark that

is in non-english.

However, the characters are all unreadable.

Here, both exporting and importing environments

are the same - running the same xp home editions

as well as the same ies.

Is there a way to fix this?

Be more precise, are you using Internet Explorer ?

Yes. I'm using IE v 6.0 with SP2.

To backup your bookmarks, why not just copy/paste "C:\Documents and Settings\YourSessionName\Favorites" ?
