Netgear GA311 on windows 2003?

have been trying for days without success to find a driver for the netgear ga311 gbit lan pci card that will let me instal on windows 2003

anyone got any solutions??

(other than buying another card)

i really need 2k3 as a testbed for iis to keep a development copy of the sites i host remotely so am desporate to get this issue sorted

You can use the xp driver.

can only find the xp driver in ga311_sw_400_setup.exe & it doesn't run in 2003 using compatability mode or not

have found something bout using the chipset drivers so just need to find them & give it a go
