NO telephone for 4 days!

with cable it the internet conection uses a different line / connection and plugs connects via a coax socket

Haha, 4 days, thats nothing. Try 3 or 4 weeks. We here in South Africa only have one operator called Telkom, and if you don't live in a main centre, and your line goes down, well then, you sit and wait. Must say the service lately has improved.
