beevale
My Microsoft Wireless Desktop Elite Keyboard (less than six months old) has turned crazy. I've uninstalled it after reinstalling/uninstalling it twice - it seems stuck on number lock, tries to access my number three favorite website over and over and also attempts to print all at the same time. So I've given up and am now using a basic no frills keyboard and this one has wires. Anyone else had problems with the Elite range of Microsoft products?? nmX.Memnoch
Did you try changing the batteries?
beevale
Did you try changing the batteries? No - but surely low battery level would not lead to my wireless keyboard acting so strangely in the repetitive actions it was demonstrating. I'm now using a basic keyboard and not too keen on reinstalling my so called Elite one! Well, can you blame me , it goes bananas and frankly I don't understand it at all. I think there's a lot to be said for keeping one's keyboard and mouse nicely no frills, don't you?
nmX.Memnoch
Those keyboards will do that when the batteries are almost dead. I used the same setup at work for a year and a half.
