ok i neeeeed help

have desktop wired to etek wirless 4port wireless router through broadband modem

both desktop and wirless laptop can access internet no prob.

used network setup wizard on both comps, desktop first

but both only see their own shared folder

if i ask to show workgroup comps then desktop(wired) shows both but wont access laptop

laptop(wireless) says mshome is not accessible

im stubborn and have worked on this for 2 weeks before asking advice

now im eating humlbe pie and need help before all my hair goes

have you shared any drive at all?

not shared a drive as such but in the xp network wizaerd setup i was asked to turn on file and printer sharing

which i did, just checked and the shared documents folder is ticked to allow sharing over lan.
