how wpi work

iam very sorry but i do not know how program work i try but i cant do anything can you help me to work in this program i want to install windows XP and applecation (winrar,realplayer,office2000,..) how i can do that and where i put the (EXE) file and in (CD) how i can put these file to work (CD) autorun
