Non-system disk or disk error

OK, so I have began testing my first multi-boot (so far only consisting of Home Edition SP2) on VPC 2004, and I get an error (see topic title). My DVD structure is thus:

(Contents of the 2 $winnt$ folders [edited, as in the tutorial]

I really don't think that's a multiboot. How do you call your bootfiles? Hope it's like this:

if $lastKey == key[h]; then chain /HOM1.DAT

Could you post a copy of ur cdshell.ini, and if possible make a post a pic of your folders' structure? From there on, someone could help you!

and btw, why do you need boot.ini??
