Connecting desktop & laptop wireless

Hi,

I want to connect my desktop and laptop wireless. I have USRobotics 9108 ADSL modem. Both machines can connect to wireless and surf the net, but they don't see each other. I run Windows 2003 Server on my desktop and Windows XP SP2 on my laptop. With my previous wireless modem, Linksys WAG354G, I was able to connect my desktop and run my websites on it.

I know very little about networking, and I have to connect to my desktop to develop my websites and applications. So any help will be appriciated.
