How to use 2 adsl connections on one network?

I have got two separate internet connections from two different ISPs and I have got one LAN with one switch which containing 4 connected workgroups,I need to assign one of the internet connections to only one group them while keeping the other one for the other groups,while allowing all the PCs to see each others on the network.How Can I do that.
