Sonic Posted March 10, 2006 Posted March 10, 2006 You mean display correct "specials" characters in .cmd/.bat ?If yes, you can use alternative to notepad ...Notepad2 :Select your text and use Conversion ANSI -> OEMPSPad :Format -> OEMI have these problemes with french language with accentuated characters.
Valerie Posted March 10, 2006 Author Posted March 10, 2006 Hello Sonic. That's not what I need. I want to use ANSI.SYS or ANSI.COM in the XP CMD.EXE or Command.com window.I have found the answer to my own query by Googling which I now know I should have done before posting .Many thanks.V...
