windows server2005 and IIS 6

hi all,

need some help, i'm running windows server2005 with IIS 6 and php5, i'm looking to set up non-secure and secure urls, i was looking at just using localhost;

IE, http://localhost/folder name and https://localhost/foldername.

does anyone have/know of a good tutorial??????
