[Help] - XP Restore

Dear friends,

Please help me to get my OS (winXP) . When I want to upgrade My Os (XP professional)with service pack 2. it is comming till windows default screen and there is no other display(only blank screen) can i get back to my original OS? Please help in this matter.

ok kunkumd first i see your new so welcome to the forum,second your message doesnt need to be like a mail(with dear... at first).

and i dont really understand whats your problem.give more info and describe it better so maybe someone can help.
