  1. PROBLEM SOLVED**************** Thank you one and all who has suggested on this problem. I simply boot the system in safe mode, I installed windows XP SP2 again, After some time it prompt for upgrade/ fresh install. I selected the Upgrade Then I got my XP back without any data lost. Feel free to post any query's regarding this. Kundan.

  3. Dual boot. fedora is working perfectly so i dont thik that it may not be a problem of Hardware. I wil try to Uninstall something and I will come back again. Kundan

  5. Hello siginet, Thank you for UR quick reply. But, I checked that link followed that instructions, there is no such type of threats in my machine. I have scanned with stinger software also. But there is no use. Is there any alternate methods? Thank you in advance. Kundan.

  7. Dear friends, At last my system is booting in Safe mode, in debugging mode it is freezing after login screen. But in normal mode my system is rebooting immediately after login screen(loading personal settings). sfc /scannow is not working in safe mode. I don't want to re install Win XP. My system is Windows XP - SP2 & Fedora core 7 as OS's. And it is having the Vista transformation pack(semi uninstalled) login screen is remain. Can I solve my problem? (restarting problem) How can I get out of this problem? Thanks in advance. Kundan
  8. Dear Kelsenellenelvian, I have deleted all the files & folders(Approx 2000) from the Temp folder in admin. But there is no use, things are as it is. I can't go in to the registry with any software. I can edit the files & folders manually. Thanks, Kundan.

  10. Dear friends, I am using win XP SP2 and Fedora Core 7 as Dual OS. My sys is assembled with PIV processor and 384MB ram. Suddenly I am not able to logging into win XP SP2 as Admin. it is simply restarting. In Debugging mode it hangs after giving the admin pW. Where as the Fedora Core 7 is working fine. The error messages: C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERed39.dir00\Mini092607-03.dmp C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERed39.dir00\sysdata.xml I can edit the above files through Fedora, if required.   11. Dear, I am not trying to edit with registry tool, I am trying to edit the Windows folder which is available to me in Fedora. It is mounted (the c:\ drive is mounted in Fedora) and it is available to me the Windows system folder. Is there any chance to edit and do any modifications in the windows system folder manually?   12. Dear, When I am trying to give the password in Safe mode the Pass word space is not visible, even then also i enter the Password it is not logging into the windows XP. Thank you for the quick reply. Kudan.
  13. Dear, I am using Win XP & F C 7 as dual OS. I am not able to longing in to my Windows XP OS. When I am going to Install a Sony Handy Cam drivers suddenly It has been restarted. After that it is restarting after giving the Administrator pw:. Immediately after entering the Password it is restarting continuously. I have tried several options like: 1. Starting in Last known good configuration: It is not working. 2. Starting in safe mode: It is asking the Admin PW: but in 16 bit colors, it is not going forward. 3. Booting with XP Sp2 CD: after Hardware checking it hangs. I have mount that ntfs drive into FC 7, So I have the OS registry with me can I do some thing with that? Please get me out of this rid if anything is available for me. Kundan
  14. Is the PC an HP? If it is, camera drivers are known to cause a BSOD and reboot! It seems that at least with the Creative PC Cam 300 drivers, it's having a problem with something in Windows XP Home Edition on HP Pavilion PCs. That problem may be affecting other camera drivers! Dear, No, its not a Hp! It is P IV with intel mb, 256ram. How to overcome this. Thanks, Kundan
