jaypeg Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 Hi I am pretty new to this, but i have made a cd that is almost like I want it, exept that I want it to autoformat the first partition on the first disk only, not the whole disk. and I want to give it NTFS as file system. can anyone help me on this.
nmX.Memnoch Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 Unfortunately, this isn't possible using the standard WINNT.SIF method. If you configure the WINNT.SIF for autopartition/autoformat it automatically uses the entire drive. If you want to create partitions during install you'll have to do it manually. It's a small price to pay for getting things exactly the way you want them while having the remainder of the install completely automated.
