[Help] overlay problem

is anyone familiar with the "2 overlay on screen problem" ? i mean, when the tvtunner is turned on, and i watch my tv channels, when i move the tv window across the screen, the transparent windows xp taskbar seems to be redrawn. i does like the icons on the desktop when u use the refresh button. it disappears for a very short time. is there a way to run multiple overlays without incompatibilities ?

I think that the redrawing is just a normal operation. The OS doesn't know about the overlay so it redraws the screen.

yes ... but the redraw is enoying.... almost my entire windows is transparent, and it redraws the entire screen when i move the tvtunner arround... isn't there a solution ?
