K-mart Shopper Posted June 18, 2003 Posted June 18, 2003 Hey guys I just switched over to Win2k3 from Windows 2000.. I had always wanted an XP-like environment but without XP so this rocks BUT....I can no longer use the Menu key next to the Right Ctrl key... and its vital for me zewming in Quake3 (so my little fingers don't crisscross when I go to snipe)..Anywayz.. it used to show up as 0X00 (I guess 0x00) in WinME and Win2000... but now Quake3 doesnt even recognize or something.. completely unresponsive in the game! Any supertechs here know how to program this key or have it work in the game? I'd appreciate it!
K-mart Shopper Posted June 19, 2003 Author Posted June 19, 2003 Well Postal2 detects all the mouse buttons and the Menu/List key... so I guess its just something about Quake3?Then again Mouse4 doesn't work in Postal2 but it does in Quake3
MSNwar Posted June 19, 2003 Posted June 19, 2003 Since the game was not written for 2k3 all the misc functions may not work. Dont know for sure cuz I never tried it. Just a guess.
