[question] How to give Power User the ability to defrag local disk

I have been working on this for several days now and still cannot get it to work. I have several admin users and tons of Power Users and I need to give them the ability to defrag their disk drives. Unfortunately these PCs are not in an AD environment but all are Windows XP. Anyone found a way to do this? I just want the users to have the ability to defrag their disk drives.

I think only Administrators can run defrag, the documented workaround is to use runas:
