Winword.exe Error

Friends ..

When i try to open Drop cap in Word it automatically closing the word ...

And showing an error Winword.exe has genarated an error ......

I reinstalled but its remaining

Nine times out of ten, reinstalling Word doesn't help.

Nine times out of ten, renaming normal.dot does.
