usb 2 ethernet connection

Hello,

I would like to setup a connection between 2 PCs (both XP) using a usb2ethernet adaptor.

The first pc is connected to internet through a DSLmodem (using the Ethernet interface), I would like to connect the second pc to the first using the usb2ethernet adaptor.

Do you know if I will be able to go on internet from the second PC as well?

How do I have to configure both the PCs?

you'll need to set up Internet Connection Sharing... and I have had 0 success setting that up. if you can, good for you

You will need a crossover cable if you're not planning to plug both the eth cables into a hub/switch.
