Is it easy to combine the 2 CD's into 1 DVD image? Would all I have to do is import the entire contents of CD2 into the CD1 iso?

Importing will not work as the CD2 also contains some file as on CD1.

CD 2 is really just the R2 "addons". All you need to do is make a new directory called "CD2" and copy the second CDs contents into that...then burn them onto a DVD. As long as the CD 1 contents stay in the root of the disk you should be fine (don't forget to make it bootable as well).

So your DVD structure should look something like the attachment.
