Kelsenellenelvian Posted February 3, 2006 Posted February 3, 2006 Which file is for the Windows 2003 Bootscreen?
mattofak Posted February 3, 2006 Posted February 3, 2006 Could you be more specific over what it is you want? If you're asking where the file is stored, it is an embedded resource in ntoskrnl.exe located in your system folder. (keep in mind if you wish to edit this; ntoskrnl.exe is your system kernel; editing it is almost arguablly more dangerous than editing the registry)
os2fan2 Posted February 7, 2006 Posted February 7, 2006 ntkrnlmp.exe, i guess. That's the one that the BartPE windows logon screen is hacked in.
Scubar Posted February 7, 2006 Posted February 7, 2006 the unattended guide states which ones are which ntoskrnl.exe - Windows Single Processor Kernelntkrnlmp.exe - Windows Multi Processor Kernelntkrnlpa.exe - Windows Single Processor Kernel with more then 3 GB of RAMntkrpamp.exe - Windows Multi Processor Kernel with more then 3 GB of RAM
