[Help] - Show Quick Launch Bar Not working?

Featured Replies

After completing a rather successful XP image for a Dell GX520 the only issue I can see at the moment is that the taskbar will not show any of the *Quick* Launch icons?, also when manually selecting the *Show Quick Launch* option still does not work?, Any Ideas?, Thanks in advance.

Did you use nLite to remove any components?

Can you add other toolbars to your taskbar?

Does the Quick Launch directory actually have any shortcuts in it? If it's empty it'll look like it's not being displayed. You can check this by looking in:

%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\

By default it should have the "Show Desktop", "Launch Internet Explorer Browser" and possibly one or two others.
